I take it the book that is a part of the deal is the motivational one he just released?

Looks amazing.

I never thought about it until now, but both Dale Brown & Les Miles are somewhat similar in that they are decent gentlemen but remain facinatingly unique characters that have consistently wielded some crazy & magical moments in LSU history.

Now's the time to start collecting Miles footage for his future documentary. I smell Oscar.

The Four Hurdles of Life is a keynote, motivational address Coach Brown regularly gives to business, philanthropic and government organizations.

It has recently been adapted into a book.

You can also buy from his foundation a copy of him delivering the speech.

This movie is fantastic.

It is more about Dale Duward Brown, the man, than DDB the coach.

There are many great clips in this film. I particularly enjoyed the five to ten minute segment of Coach Brown sittinga and talking to his longtime mentor, Coach Wooden. It is golden.
Dale sort of conducts an interview with him. This is one of the last interviews Coach Wooden gave.

Also, undoubtedly my favorite quote in the movie, is by former Baton Rouge NAACP President, George Washington Eames, who emphatically states, "Dale Brown is a fantastic white person!"

"You absolutely can beat city hall!"
-Daddy Dale

Long live Daddy Dale.
