I don't see this ending well.
If anything he says is different from what was said to the Grand Jury, he can endanger the case and probably get charged with perjury.

I read the grand jury report. It states that the grad. asst saw a 10 yr old boy with his hands up against the wall & Sandusky raping him. It states he (grad asst) left the building & called his dad. Grand jury report says NOTHING about the grad asst stopping the attack.
So my question is when was McQuery lying...before the grand jury or now?? And how will this affect the trial?
