They should have just faked their opinions in order to maintain your illusion that only "even category games" should be played.

Offense advantage LSU...eperienced QBs do better against hostile Defenses, which we both have. RBs are a wash, seriously (if TR can run against LSU 30 times he'll deserve that stupid heisman). Lines are a wash w/ PJ back.

Defense wash...swarmy attack vs. man-your-post

Special Teams...Come the frick on...not close, statistically or the eyeball test.

Coaching, wash... a 71.1 vs a 71.6 win percentage isn't a big deal or whatever the ridiculously close number is

bama has us in discipline in some ways, but LSU hasn't been penalized much...LSU has them in heart and drive, evidenced by bama's flat play at times

What nobody seems to recognize is the strength of schedule difference. LSU has played a far superior level of opponent thus far in 2011...

LSU will not be intimidated. They have already play tough games, on the road. There really is more pressure on Bama. They are favored to win. If both teams play their best. I think Bama wins in a close game. If LSU can get 2 or 3 key plays to go their way (fumble or long return on kickoff/punt) LSU is good enough to win the game. It should be a heck of a game.

I'm loving all of the bad vibes by the so called experts. I truly believe LSU has the better team. Maybe we don't have the best RB but when you add it all up, we win...

I was really suprised they gave the coaching edge to Bama, I know people mistakingly think Saban is the better coach... I figured having Chief would put us over the top in that category... They really didnt mention Chief very much... Just shows they really dont know football very well. Chief is one of the top D Coord. in the SEC, highly respected in the top D Conference in the nation. Come on now....

This game has the feel of a combination of UGA and Ole Miss 2003, with the way the media has approached it. It's almost like they're trying to find something to be complimentary about LSU just to be polite.

Who is considered a football expert? Do they even exist? Getting paid to read a TelePrompTer or state your opinion doesn't make you an expert. It makes you famous.

This kinda reminds me of preseason player rankings and awards. The SEC magizines were packed with Arky & Bama players. Bama has the bigger individual names, we have the better team. A player could go dwn at any position and we wont miss a beat!We are deeper, more atheletic, just not as well known....yet.

This.... that is a great point! very true... I would rather have the stacked team with no pre season picks and win out, than have heisman winner and not playing in the dome!

In fact, the Bama LBs as per their fans are so much bigger , stronger and faster and in general so much more awesome that the actual LBs on the Bama team idolize and want to meet them.

You know what????? Let's just show them on the field. We WILL win this game. I am that confident. Enough said!!!!! We know the LSU haters will pull for BAMA. We don't care. Our guys will show up and do their job, W-I-N. That's how we roll baby!!!!!

Exactly. The "experts" are far from it. You have Luginbill who sucks at the 1 thing he's suppose to be good at, recruiting. The only think Luginbill is good at is blowing Saban. Then you have Hawkins, a failure as a coach, etc.....the show blows and they have no concept of football.

C'mon. I'm waiting.
