That is just talk. The fly is owned by the Audubon Society. I heard it was going to be in the front of Audubon park near St. Charles right off the golf course, also owned by the Audubon Society. One thing is for sure, there is no room to build a stadium on Tulane's compact campus.

Audubon park is not owned by the Audubon society, it is a quasi city agency.

BBTAIM, the fly is probably not structurally able to support a stadium even if Tulane got the right to build there, that area is batture formerly used as a sanitary land fill. In in the early sixties they covered it with a few feet of sand and earth sand and it became a park.

There is no room for a stadium between the golf course and St. Charles and the neighbors would freak if you tried to frick up the Park with a stadium
