I'm not saying that they have the right to break the rules....they absolutely don't. But, they aren't looked at in the same light. This situation is as big as it is simply because of the spotlight that is on the football team and in particular, the stand out players involved. They should have known better is all it comes down to. They have to pay for their mistakes, no one else. People that say they shouldn't be suspended just don't want to accept that the players should be held responsible for their own actions. I think you and I are somewhat on the same page, just a few lines off lol.
