Ryan Baker suspension vs. this suspension

Wasn't ryan baker suspended for violation of team rules earlier this year? without much warning and we never got an answer of why he was suspended.
I only bring this up is maybe he was suspended for second failed drug test (assuming that's why these players are suspended). If so that coule be a good indication having them back for the bama game.
Might be a stretch and i know most assumed they will be back.

I believe Les is carrying a big stick this year after the bar fight. If the fight would have never taken place I'm sure no suspension would have occurred in this instance.

This is a great analogy. Same exact situation without the speculation, although AU is not Northwestern St.

Somebody said Baker got in trouble for sneaking out to meet a girl the night before the game, don't know if that's true or not. But yeah it makes sense as to why Miles didn't say anything on the situation. They didn't get in any legal trouble, so the matter is completely internal, and he has the right to not say much, if anything at all. Internal matters should stay that way.

So if he wasn't "carrying a big stick", he'd just let his players do all the drugs they want and maybe just run a little extra for it?
