That's just it. I want to take a chance on him. The guy accepted because he was getting a number one receiver. My second try is still pending and nobody wants to say who vetoed the first time.

Exactly, Lloyd has higher upside than Washington. Washington has just about maxed out at his current production. Lloyd may out perform him or may not, depending on where he lands (if he moves).
The trade should have been allowed, IMHO.
