Mett and RP were kicked off of their teams. JJ was welcomed back with open arms.
The four things you mentioned and being accused of kicking a person on the ground in the head are on two different ends of the spectrum of misdemeamnor.

Again accused is not the same as being guilty. Had there been sufficient evidence for him kicking anyone in the head, or even being in the fight for that matter, the charges would not have been reduced.
Your conception of the justice system is rather skewed.
