You've got a guy who 10 eyewitnesses say he kicked in the face while he was on the ground. He was arrested on a felony, but it was reduced to battery just because he didn't do enough damage.
Of course being such a great LSU fan, you automatically feel he's guilty.
Would you give benefit of doubt to your own brother or father?
