I wouldn't even waste my time talking to Texas and OU (aka The Odd Couple). I would talk to Notre Dame but I wouldn't expect much from it.

VT makes the most sense, but they cashed in A LOT of markers just to get in the ACC. Will that be a dealbreaker for them?

Cue the wacko poster (j-something don't remember the name) that swears this is IMPOSSIBLE and will fight you if you disagree.
Say it again slowly. It is possible that the SEC takes an ACC team whether or not there is a 20 mill buyout.
