There is a right way to Tiger Bait someone and a wrong way to taunt and intimidate people, and I think everyone gets the intent without having to really spell it out here.

I vividly remember a game some years back when USCe came to Tiger Stadium. After LSU had beaten them and everyone was leaving the stadium in the parking lot a couple of drunk derelicts were yelling at some elderly Gamecocks couple that had to be in their 70s "FU" and "Go Home Losers", getting close up behind them to intimidate them. They ended up scurrying off like the vermin they were as soon as some other Tiger fans started giving them some hell for it, but it struck home just how disgusting and appalling people can be to do that to a nice old couple like that just because they had the wrong colors on.

But it wasn't the team colors. It was the immaturity and the inability to handle their liquor that was at play, as well as I have to imagine some parents that never did instill in them the line you shouldn't cross. Regardless if they tried, it's still a poor reflection on them. I'll say this. The older I get the less tolerance I have for bullshite like that, and that's not a good thing because I'm not in the shape I was ten to twenty years ago. I just find myself wanting to crack people like that's heads more than ever before. Quite honestly, if I saw that today and stone cold sober with a baseball bat in my hand, God help me I swear I think I would start swinging for the fences.

If I saw people doing that to older people I believe I would do the same. Actually, I know I would!
