I like the transition they made with Andy. He isn't Michael Scott, but I think he character as manager will grow in itself.
Also, I think emotional Pam, last night, was too predictable, but overall.. I enjoyed it.

Why would the CEO of Saber Dunder Mifflin spend any part of his day at a small regional office? Wouldn't he have more important matters to attend to in Tallahassee?
