Besides Murray, UGA has no brights spots. They're a bad team that will struggle to be .500.

Boise is a good team that deserves to be ranked in the 10-15 area, not #4. Moore is an excellent QB, but you really can't compared his numbers against any top Heisman level QB from a BCS-AQ team. Moore doesn't see the same Defenses on a weekly basis that Big 12/SEC QB's are seeing. So his numbers are going to be inflated because of their weak schedule.
