The Xbox policy includes a binding arbitration clause and a no class action clause. Because of Sony mainly but they are also fighting their own hacking demons right now. I'm on day 42 of no account access.

Thanks. I'm not a pissing contest kinda dude. But this really blows. They said I gave my info out on facebook or somewhere like that and may have been socially engineered. The only problem is that I have absolutely none of that shite.
