Red Lobster is the first part of the problem...if its not cajun seafood, its not seafood at all!

This and my (along with most people I know) make better sausage cheese biscuit (balls) than red lopster anyway. They will fail miserably again in baton rouge unless they forget everything they think they know and hire some Cajuns to run that place.
