I have Comcast (Xfinity) and the two 3D channels came with the HD Preferred package. I can't speak for other providers, it may be an extra package or cost. But they certainly are different channels from the regular programming. When I go to ESPN3D, it shows it as split screen until I turn the 3D function on (I have a button on my remote to turn on 3D). Then I hit the power button on my glasses and put them on.

So I'm not sure about Sudden Link. I'm sure someone who works there should know what to do, unless they simply do not provide 3D channels at all.

I wasn't aware that Cox offered ESPN3D.
