Win Bar, or something like it..

I live in an apartment above a store and we have a landing area with stairs that lead up to it, on the walk down the stairs the overhang ceiling gets close to you and your head is right there. I always tap it and it would be perfect for an LSU win bar like we have.
Also, open to other options that would just be cool to touch on the way out every day. Doesn't have to be LSU related, as most of my house runs rampant with LSU/Saints stuff.
How would I go about getting something like this?
Google is my friend, but not on this particular quest.

Not that hard to make. A cheap option is a piece of PVC pipe and hand paint the stuff on there
