So now supposedly Oklahoma is the hold up on A&M??

The Big 12 teams said that they will sign the waiver not to sue A&M or the SEC if Oklahoma promises that it will not leave. So my question is this: If they block A&M from leaving the Big 12 by the whole threatening to sue thing, then wouldn't they do the same to Oklahoma? If not, then why wouldn't they? Is A&M more dear to them than Oklahoma? I would think that they would want to keep Oklahoma rather than A&M (although they would rather keep both imo).
eta - SIAP and move this to another board if need be.
