My buddy has the lease and i talked to him today about it. He has a dog and he's bringing his as well. If there was a doubt about the safety of my dog he wouldn't /won't touch the water. I'll let him send his 110lb monster as a decoy. I'd never risk my dog's health or safety. The ponds are very small and only accessible by mud boat. It's generally to salty for gators where we hunt but your concerns are valid and noted. I

before the storm there were a ton of teal in the reggio delacroix area. I am not sure anymore.

Is a triscuit to a 10 foot gator. Not worth the risk IMO.

Doesn't mean anything. I wouldn't ever risk a dog during teal season. Can you imagine the horror if something actually happened? Is this a family pet?
