Political Move or Overhyped

Do you think the SEC has made a well calculated political move or is this just being overblown?
Clearly the SEC is not on the same page when it comes to the admission of A&M...not when you have Vandy and Ole Miss still voting "NO" even after the inclusion of the "amendment". Is it because some schools see A&M as a toxic asset which will carry some of the "BIG 12 Destruction" blame with them? Is it because of some far fetched recruiting issue?
Adding this condition easily makes any school in the Big 12 either fully accept the departure of A&M with no repercussion OR it solely places all blame on one Big 12 school for throwing what will be known as the biggest hissy fit of all time...and at the same time removing any blame and wrongdoing from the SEC under either outcome.
Honestly, most BU fans are accepting that A&M wants to leave and think any law suit or other "cock-blocking" actions are terrible ideas. (The "Don't Mess with Texas Football" campaign got labled so fast as the most unnecessary, asinine idea by BU alum heads spun)
Honestly, I think this is a small issue that's just being overblown and will go away...A&M is in the SEC. When BU Fans look at Boise and TCU we see schools which had a rise in their programs over time and have undoubtedly had more success than A&M in the past few years...that's us...were not some sort of power conference all stars.
Best of luck to everyone and as I have BAYLOR in my name i'll be prepared to duck.

I really think the Big 12 knows they will not be a vialbe conference in the near future. OK/OSU see more stabilty in the west coast. UT thinks it can survive alone. Even if aTM stays, assuming OK,OSU and Texas leave the Big 12 would have to add another team just to keep the conference intact. Who in the hell would watch the Big 12 without Texas and OU?
