JJ has a higher completion % for his career than Lee does...

so does MF and JR and MM.

All of 4 of those former qbs have someting in common... pretty sure you know what it is.

The thread is about

Not really... some dude said JJ had a higher compleriotn percentage..
You should read harder.

Then I said so did those other guys... now, being as all fuor of those qbs (JJ and MF and JR and MM)are all equally ir relevant at this point...
AH HA.. .there is the point you missed.

Glad I could help you understand.

K.

I would wager he didn't bring JJ into this thread, though. . .

And none throw off their back foot.

Which likely explains the higher completion percentage, and lower TD/INT ratios.

I'm trying to help you make this relevant to the thread.

I didn't get home in time Sunday to watch the replay of the game, but from some of the highlights I have seen it looked like Lee was falling off some of his throws. Can anyone who watched the game on TV or saw the replay tell me if this was a common occurrence and if it was if the commentators picked up on it. From what I saw in the stadium his ball placement seemed ok (although my vision could have been slightly blurry) but I would like to see him stepping through his throws more.
How original, never heard this before.

I have no idea who brought him into the thread.

Lets not play who has the worst qb mechanics JL or JJ.
Ill take Lee's passing over JJ;s everyday of the week.

BTW... speaking of backfoot throws go check out the link I provided on first page.

I'd say they are equally bad. JJ had a long release, Lee has shite footwork.

I am pretty sure everyone knows you would take JL over JJ if JL meant an 0-12 season.

As long as JL is at the helm, you're happy.

So, yeah. . .we get it.

You are right on point, we missed every slant oppurtunity in this game bc our WR's had to severely readjust to balls behind or under them.

We really didn't run many if any slant routes. The throws over the middle were mostly "deep in" routes.

I was looking for more slant routes like he threw to TT last year in the FL game but none really thrown....

I think we did early and it was a little behind Peterson(?).

He had one behind Peterson, and one behind someone else.

He missed badly on a RB out of the backfield, iirc.

The rest of his throws were on target, either dropped or good defense.

Actually he did on a couple,..but they were throws that needed to be softer, not thrown like a bullet....I thought he did a damn good job,..so all of the fans on this board need to either support him and the team, or GTFO..and be banned from posting on here...

By the way, your unconditional rabid support of JL makes you look like a idiot.

Just saying.

JL looked exactly like he has for three years, I would bet my bottom dollar JJ would have too. They are both just mediocre.

I really like JL and really want him to have a great season. However, if we cant get something going in the NSU game, I really want to see if Mett can run this offense. He may be turrible too, hell I dont know.

We had 10 completions on 22 attempts, less than 100 yards. Yes he had a couple drops, but damn, we cant depend on rushing it for 200 yards against the likes of Bama, AU, Arky, or even FL with Muschamp. We will have to throw it better when they stack the box than we did.

JLee inability to complete passes actually alarms me less than the receivers inability to get open. We will see as the season progresses if this changes.

Les Miles and Jarrett Lee both said Jarrett Lee needs to play better. Is it that horrible if someone agrees with them?
