With all the conf exp will they ever change the "only 2 teams from 1 conf" rule?

They'd pretty much be forced to, IMO.

Mathematically they would have to. If there are 10 B(C)S slots and only 4 superconferences, you either have to take 2 mid majors every year or let a third team in from 2 of the superconferences.
