Quarterbacking with mirrors

Our style of play will not mesmarize the fanbase with stats that warrant accolades becoming of quarterbacks in trendy, high-octane systems. Saban has the same philosophy...and it seems to be winning. Ball control, dominate the line of scrimmage, play great defense, great on special teams, and pound the hell out of the running game. Ingram = Heisman. Mcelroy was solid. Mauck was solid. Flynn was solid.
We are running back U. We are D-line U. We are Cornerback U. Our philosophy is to have solid/average quarterback play...period. We turn 5-star quarterbacks into athletes (sheppard - and that is why Oregon's Thomas did not come to LSU)
