On every major issue......revenue sharing, where to put the conf HQ, where to play the conf title game, partial qualifiers, etc......Colorado (and A&M) voted exactly the same as Texas. In fact, the only school to ever break ranks was Nebraska.

Specifically, how does Texas "run the house"? By having its own network? This came about after Colorado left.

Yes, Texas never has wielded any political power in the Big 12. How silly of anyone to think that. Texas was just going along with the majority.
