How did Bienvenu become the Lawyer for the 4 "victims"

If I understand correctly, Bienvenu is not a criminal lawyer. If Lowery did not know the other 3 from the truck, how did they all end up with the same lawyer so soon after the incident? It is not like he is trolling area hospitals.

I read they got a lawyer BEFORE they went to the hospital.

Clarification ... they went to DIFFERENT ERs. So if they didn't know each other, and didn't meet up at the hospital, how did they end up with the same lawyer?

Ive heard Bienvenue is a huge LSU fan. Seems like a conflict of interest.

It appears his main interests are suing Shady's and the owner of the parking lot/building. He might try to get liens against the players but unless they go pro he isn't going to get much, if anything, out of them.

Bienvenu put them up to it. They argued with the LSU players in the parking lot who politely asked them to leave. Then beat themselves up and went to the hospital. All so Bienvenu can pursue a lawsuit against Shady's because the owner slept with his girlfriend. Isn't it obvious this is all a conspiratorial setup?
