Apparently, some ones DNA did.Don't violate curfew, LSU players not at Shady's Bar but in their rooms observing curfew. If players in their rooms, can't be phyically at Shady's involved in fight.End of story. Now must suffer consequences of their own bad choices.

I mean why would the BRPD want to see this video that clearly shows Jefferson wearing a light colored shirt when the kicker was wearing black?
They could just do a bunch of worthless DNA swabs instead.
And there are still people taking up for BRPD when this video was offered up by nathan fisher on the day they met with the police

He could have been wearing a dark undershirt.

Really, we have confirmed DNA evidence on his kicks?
Posted on 8/30/11 at 6:10 pm to aglandry
Yes, I agree. Because 50+ players broke curfew. Jefferson should be charged with 2nd degree battery and kicked off the team regardless of what actually happened.

JJ could have punched him and the guy bled on his shoes. He could have walked through a blood puddle hell Lowery could have stumbled by him and sneezed and a drop of blood got on JJ. DNA doesnt prove anything

Lowery's attorney is quoted on NOLA.com saying Four people were injured and sought medical treatment afterwards, including Lowery, who Bienvenu confirmed had a fractured maxilla, the fusion of bones that forms the upper jaw. Bienvenu said Lowery also had fractured teeth, facial and body bruises, and may have had a concussion.
Bienvenu said one of the other victims had three fractured vertebrae in his lower back, a concussion, fractured teeth and sever cuts and bruises. He said he's not happy that the incident is constantly being referred as a fight.
"They didn't throw a punch; they didn't do anything to provoke it," Bienvenu said. "It was an attack by 10-15 people who have yet to be identified but who need to be identified for justice to be served in the case.
"These other two individuals, Johns and Jefferson, had something to do with the Andrew Lowery part of it. Take it for what its worth."

I assure you that Unglesby is gonna embarrass some folks. Too bad that JJ is gonna suffer until then.
But, Lewis WILL wipe up the floor with any opponent in this case. Rest assured. Dude is excellent and vicious.

holy crap. This video looks really good for JJ.
In the video of the fight/kick, you couldn't really tell who was who, but you could tell the kicker was wearing all black.
This video of JJ wearing a light colored shirt and sunglasses (wtf) is quite the evidence boom.

Beyond a shadow of a doubt. If the DNA comes back negative, and all charges are not dropped it is crazy. Jefferson has non drunk eye-witness testimony that Lowery started the fight. So the first punches are self defense, the shirt doesn't match up.
I am not saying he is innocent, but I rather be in Unglesby's place over the prosecution.
