Harris was the one saying he expected to be reinstated and play this wknd, Miami didn't. Miami only asked that he (and the other players they ruled ineligible) have their eligibility restored by the NCAA. they're hoping the ruling on that comes before the game, but not necessarily banking on all of their guys "getting off". see UNC last yr.
