Let's just pray that Mettenberger doesn't take Lee on a boob-grabbing frenzy.

I'm just saying that we've got to run the ball effectively for J.L. to step in and deliver. It goes deeper b/c of our O.C. situation. It could be fine if we gash them right away. J.L. has clearly improved. If our OL has improved as much as has been talked about... we'll be ok IMO.

Cam was a freak, once in a lifetime athlete. Mett is the heir apparent, but needs time. Let's hope JL can stay healthy & get Mett some reps when the clock is running. This ain't JC - it's the SEC!

If he hasn't yet he may now just to be safe. We have no idea when or if JJ will play again. Lee is the starter now and Mett is his back up. Rally the troops and let's Geaux Duck Hunting!

Has he practiced with first team?

No, he's never held a football either. He probably won't practice. Oh no. Oh oh no.

Jesus H Christ, help these people.

Comparing Mett to Cam Newton is like comparing apples and oranges. Plus we don't have Malzahn's genius offensive mind. You take away Malzahn from Auburn last year and they would have been a 4 loss team.

I mean why would you want to compare one type of fruit to another type of fruit?

I remember watching Louisville cards. On wed. nites with petrino. He would always play his backup qb in the 4th quar. Hope to see Lee beast the first 3, let mett get playtime and dominate the last!
