For those of you that aren't making the short trip to Dallas, where are you watching the game in Austin?

Love the immediate response guys! I'm relatively new to the area haha. I know about Shoal Creek Saloon for Saints games but didnt know if it was the same for LSU games.

I will see you guys there!

I believe I stated I was new here, well relatively new. I've been out here a year and a few months, but still haven't heard of any spots to watch the games. Watching the game with roomates last year doesn't cut it!

Welcome to it... I don't do a stove top Jambalaya like some of the others around here. Got enough to feed about 75 or so...

i didn't realize an individual made the jamabalaya and not the bar's kitchen. totally forgivable for an individual to mess up on a batch that big. still prefer shoal creek over lavaca though.

and as far as no good places in austin to get good jambalaya or etouffee, try french quarter grille at i-35 and parmer.

Pardon me, I meant where I can get the best Jambalaya and Etouffee in town or out of town for that matter!

no, it was I - and in my complete lack of ability to read package ingredients, I ended up with a bunch of rice that already had salt mixed in - once I realized, it was too late

and no, other than cooking it at home there is not one decent cajun restaurant around here anymore

and Lavaca just has better TV's
