How do you get players names on ncaa 12?

I don't exactly remember how, but it's fairly easy to find. Somewhere in the main menu there is an option to download "player roster" or something along those lines. You have to know the persons gamertag. You on xbox or ps3? If on ps3, the guys name is buckeye something?? Surely someone will help you out soon.
