Right. Maybe spit, sweat, etc.

But here is the problem - we know Jefferson was at the scene, in the bar, etc. All that DNA evidence proves is that at some point in time Jefferson was close enough to the guy that his DNA was transferred.

DNA evidence is really tricky. It doesn't really tell you anything expect location.

Prolly swabbed alleged victim's nails. This would place JJ in a tussle with him.
I doubt they get samples returned before 4th, unless they call in FBI, which looks more likely every passing hour. This shite is getting real.
