If there's blood on JJ's shoe, it's going to be awfully hard to explain how that got there.

No doubt, but that still doesn't explain why Jefferson's DNA was taken.

Not really if he stated in his story that he was tryin to break it up then he could get blood on his shoe. I don't see him gettin blood on his shoe fromkicking someone in the back. If there are shirt fibers then it may be more diffiult to explain
