I don't think the lieing to police this is the same in Louisiana as it is in Florida (Casey A.) I don't think you can be charged in our state for that... Under oath is a different story...

Tiger91. I am beginning to come around to your idea. Maybe JJ's attorney and the LSU admin wants all this to PROVE JJ's innocence.

And BTW, all of this absolutely could clear him... again I'm not making a judgment call, just a statement on why a PD shows up with a warrant and carts off alot of evidence.
