Furthermore, when you grew up 15-20 years ago, there weren't youtube videos and web forums where all these rumors would spread like wildfire. The same principles surely cannot apply to your childhood in the 90s, and a national championship-contending football team in 2011.

I know the owner of Shady's and he saw JJ there immediately following the events. As to the actual event, he didn't witness it. Plus, I don't think the police would want to question someone who wasn't even at the scene.

I'm not following. We know that they broke curfew, Miles has said as much. Being that after breaking curfew, events transpired as such to where they are now, you don't think it has made matters worse than if they had just broken curfew? I disagree. I think they can be punished more harshly than not, because if they had just observed the curfew in the first place, none of this would have happened. Follow?

The "victims", fair or not, loss a good bit of creditability with me when they hired an attorney almost before they did anything else.

I understand that's their right as it is their right to files charges, but when you do it that quickly...well, it just smells. imo
