So you think all 50+ players who broke curfew should be suspended?

So, if there was no police involvement... Just a facebook photo of some guy after he lost a bar fight with multiple LSU players after curfew.

Word gets out that the team was out drinking after curfew and getting into bar fights.

No one loses playing time?

IMO, no.

the only thing that should be suspended are the media.

Don't be retarded. Only four players have been mentioned in the national media. Maybe say, oh, those four?

It's up to Miles. His team. But could you imagine, as a matter of principle, Miles forfeiting the Oregon game due to lack or personnel?

Doucet should be suspended indefinitely.

Hasn't the curfew thing been addressed time and again. It was the equivalent of senior "cut day" in HS. It was expected. Things got out of hand, but half the damn team was out.

Just breaking curfew is not the issue. It's what they did (allegedly) while they were breaking curfew and the backlash that has come from it. IMO.

I supported JJ and Miles last year throughout the booing and start Lee bs, and I will support Miles' decisions on the suspensions, whatever they are. I'm sure he knows much more about this situation than anyone on this board.

Fine. I'll play your petty game.

Let's disregard the national media's assertion and my assertion. Do you believe that any player who broke curfew on Thursday night should be suspended?

I can imagine Miles looking for new employment in that situation.

I would suspend them for the 4th quarter of the Northwestern State game

I mean, if it's a ritual and "condoned" the no. (Assuming the incident didn't happen)

So now you are changing your opinion?

Not full game suspensions, in my opinion. Upperclassmen could be suspended for a quarter or half, or maybe losing multiple starts. Something to send a message would be appropriate. I think anything more than a quarter or two might be an overreaction. However, I would defer to the coaches at that point, because they know the history of the various players.

Why would that be warranted?

Absolutely not. Handle it internally, with a shite load of running and for the players involved a more strict curfew.

No. I think I would run them extra every practice in August.
That would send a message to the team and have them double damn ready for UO.

CLM doesn't have to satisfy the odd sadistic thirst for punishment on this board.

I say suspend. Doesn't matter how many was involved. They broke a rule and look what it got them. If they would have stayed home we wouldn't be talking about this crap. They deserve whatever comes down the pipe. Hopefully they will learn from this but more than likely not. Geaux Tigers.
