I would tend to agree with you but I am curious if you are saying best since 1998 (Big 12 Champion) or since 1939 (National Champion)? Either way your best team in 13 years or 72 years would still be slotted at best, one step above 6th place in the SEC. Gives you a little clearer view of the size of that bite the Aggies are trying to chew.
