Look up your laws. Maybe if the quantity is high enough it would merit a felony but I'd be surprised if a small amount merited a felony. More like misdemeanor and or citation.

No, it hasn't been de-crinimalized in Louisiana - Mississippi, yes, but not Louisiana.
