It's a long shot, but if the SEC added these teams, it's game over for everyone else. Playoffs would be all but assured.

East:
Virginia Tech
Florida State

West
Oklahoma
Texas A&M

That would be the ideal. I don't know why they want Clemson.

Love these:

However, if Okie comes I think okie state would have to come too.
In that case, send Auburn to the East and add Okie, Okie State, and Va Tech since I heard FSU hasn't been in talks.

That move would actually hurt the SEC in the long run. It would be damn near impossible for a team to finish the season with fewer than two losses. SEC schools would be brushed aside for undefeated or one-loss teams from other conferences and they would rarely play for the national championship.

That'd be the point. Change college football fundamentally. Consolidate power to the point where you have the only game in town. If a conference can get all of the relevant teams in their league, then it doesn't matter what the rest of the nation has to say. At that point a playoff would be the only way to get a true national title, and that road would have to go through the SEC. Let the PAC12 and Big1x have the leftovers.
