Best boudin IN Opelousas is Billys and nobody else comes close. The store is called Billy and Rays-don't know the story of the joint venture-just make sure you ask for Billys, rays taste too livery and the consistency is not good. They sell it hot or frozen, also have sausage, GREAT cracklins, and AWESOME boudin balls
