Why or is this better than 100% Whole Wheat?

Definitely for someone with Celiac disease. The Ezekiel products are pretty good.

It is more easily digested and a complete protein. I eat it sometimes but I don't feel compelled to kick 100% whole wheat out of my diet and replace with Ezekiel.
Ezekiel bread contains gluten and is not appropriate for celiacs. The company that produces it does produce a gluten free bread though.
