Mike Anderson's Tartar Sauce

Anyone have Mike Anderson's tartar sauce recipe or something similar? I am frying some fish tomorrow and love their sweet tartar sauce.

Out of the Mike Anderson's cookbook:
1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onions
1/3 cup sweet relish
2 tablespoons dill relish
1 cup of mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve
Yield: 2 cups

Good thing you have the cook book, I was going to try to remember the restaurant version, which might be a bit bigger.

i add some "as small as i can chop them" chives and a little lemon juice to mine

I know simple can be good,but this looks like half a recipe to me.
