Anyone have Mike Anderson's tartar sauce recipe or something similar? I am frying some fish tomorrow and love their sweet tartar sauce.
Thank you

Out of the Mike Anderson's cookbook:

1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onions
1/3 cup sweet relish
2 tablespoons dill relish
1 cup of mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve
Yield: 2 cups

Good thing you have the cook book, I was going to try to remember the restaurant version, which might be a bit bigger.
