Last year I cooked 5 out of the 6 days we were there. This year I cooked jambalaya one day and that was it. the "group" wanted to eat out so....we did. I intend to avoid the area for a few years.

there's just nothing there that is unique at all to eat at ... you can eat at the same places or types of places in BR .. why eat at the same kinds of places you can eat at at home on vacation ? i can see if you have a lot of unique restaurants that you won't find at home .. then knock yourself out ...
