I never went to pamplona under the original chef, but I heard it went downhill when he left. However, about a year ago they turned it around by doing an overhaul on the menu and lowering the prices.

Original chef was also the owner. Ate there several times when he was still around and it was very good - ate there once after he left and it left a bad taste in my mouth (literally). Hope it found a way to resurrect itself - was a neat space for a restaurant.
