Almost all meals in Florence were very good, but by far, the best meal I have had in my life was at this restaurant: LINK

It is off of the tourist path and hard to find because they have no sign and it doesn't look like a restaurant. Did not see many tourists in there at all and our waiter did not speak English like they did at most other restaurants, so we just let him choose for us. We had Bistecca at a few restaurants in Florence, but this one was the best.
