The Nike gear is given to the PSA while on the trip and it's all returned. Don't fall for the Clown's (John Canzano) antics.

Yeah right. It dosent matter if it were returned. If custom Jordans were made by Nike for Oregon, you are in trouble. Period.

Additionally, the article states that Lyle's helped get the rodgers brothers and storm woods to our rivals, Oregon State. He was obviously a booster. Missed in all of this is that Rodgers and LMJ are two diminutive backs that had no major program clamoring for them and Lyles got them to programs that showcased their abilities.

its a violation to show a recruit a jersey with his name on it FWIW. The shoes fall into a grey area, even if they were returned.

I'm not to sure i believe that the gear is returned though. Every school i've ever visited as an athlete would give you and your family a t-shirt, nothing custom made, but a school shirt, sometimes even a bag, water bottle, etc.
