My top five would be:
1) Bill Walsh (Invented a new offense that revolutionized the game)
2) Joe Gibbs (Won three Super Bowls with three different QBs and RBs. He's the only guy I can remember that didn't just ride one QB to title after title.)
3) Bill Belicheck (Won three Super Bowls during a time when Parity has ruled the landscape. Shouldn't be able to be that good for that long during this time of the NFL.)
4) Bill Parcells (Won two Super Bowls and lost one.)
5) Bill Cowher (Won one Super Bowl and lost one, but seemed to almost always be in the hunt despite never having a franchise QB until Big Ben, and even Big Ben is on the fringes when it comes to the top tier QBs in the league.)
