tOSU will not be in the top ten and most likley will struggle to stay in the 15-25 range.
Michigan will be in the top 5.
USC will not be in the top ten they have like 10 scholarships plus 30 recruits from last year to deal with. They have a 75 player cap.

Lulz they will not. They don't have much room to improve with 18 commits already. No way they beat out Texas, Bama, Auburn, FSU, and Florida
