I know all of the arguments for charcoal vs gas so please just keep it limited to recommendations for gas grills if you will please.

I have no need for a side burner or even for a side shelf for that matter. I would like a grill with about 24x12 inches of grilling space and at least 2 burners.

Any suggestions for lower end models that will not fall apart in a month?

This one looks nice for under $200. I think you really need side shelves. They're just super handy. 3 burners gives you a ton of cooking options.

In that price range, I would go with

or

I know the second is a little over $200, but I have a buddy who swears by his Char-Broil infrared. The biggest problem is that they haven't been around long enough to know whether they will last.

Under $200, plan on buying a new one within 2 years.

Used to work at academy..an I got people to buy Similar to this pretty often. It's not on the grill isle(it's next to the crawfish burners). It has 2 cast iron burners(a lot better then those metal ones). This isn't the exact one(I searched and couldn't find it) but if you go look for it I'm sure you can spot it.

I got the Char-griller Duo Jr. for $199. It has a gas grill and also a charcoal grill....in case you ever want to do real grilling.
