Making a fish soup - need mussels

where can I find some good mussels? Seems like even though we have a great selection in seafood, mussels are a rarity here in BR. Will be heading to NOLA to cook this up so I'm open to places I might be able to find them in NOLA too. THANKS

I thought about it, but trying to make this soup called bergen fish soup and don't think it'll fly.

Mussels are no rarity in BR.
Whole Foods, Fresh Market always have them.
